Notice on processing of personal data for business and service offerings and other products
(hereinafter referred to as the "Notice")
PERFECT STORAGE s.r.o. processes personal data in accordance with applicable legal regulations, ie with Act No. 101/2000 Coll. (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") and will be effective from 25 May 2018 also by Regulation 2016/679 (General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data), which in some respects will replace the amendment to the Act (hereinafter referred to as "Regulation ").

Scope of processed personal data
PERFECT STORAGE s.r.o. handles personal data provided by the data subject through the Perfect Storage and Perfect Storage Requests form or any other route, for example by telephone, in writing. Processed personal data may include, in particular:
- Personal common details: name and surname, email address and, if provided by the data subject, also academic title, phone number, IP address and cookies.
- Personal sensitive data, special category (Article 9 of the Regulation): none.
Purpose of processing of personal data and legal basis for processing
The personal data of data subjects are processed for the purpose of offering tailor-made trade and services tailored to individual needs, product offering and professional care. As part of this processing purpose, the processing of personal data will include:
1) for internal communication with the data subject (e.g., sending tailored offers, news, automatically generated alerts, thank you notes and other messages),
on the basis of consent to the processing of personal data, which PERFECT STORAGE s.r.o. had been given by the data subject, or the legal representative of the data subject.
Sources of personal data
Processed personal data is retrieved from data subjects, based on the Perfect Storage and Perfect Storage request forms and, where appropriate, in other communication with data subjects, whether personal, telephone, written or otherwise, and other documents, which data subject PERFECT STORAGE s.r.o. will provide.
Revocation of consent to the processing of personal data
Providing consent to the processing of personal data is always voluntary and the data subject has the right to withdraw his / her consent at any time, in whole or in part. Consent can be revoked by written notice sent to PERFECT STORAGE s.r.o. or to the e-mail address info@perfectstorage.cz.
From the date when the revocation of consent is notified to PERFECT STORAGE s.r.o., PERFECT STORAGE s.r.o. will only process personal data to the extent to which it is in agreement with another legal reason for processing, ie in particular in the performance of its legal obligations or for the purpose of protecting rights and legal claims.
Entities processing personal data
Personal data is processed directly by PERFECT STORAGE s.r.o., in written and electronic form. Personal information may be for PERFECT STORAGE s.r.o. so also to process other entities in the position of so-called processors with whom PERFECT STORAGE s.r.o. shall conclude a contract for the processing of personal data.
Accessibility of information for others
Personal data may also be made available to entities authorized under special legal regulations (eg law enforcement agencies, etc.) and persons in the position of personal data processors working for PERFECT STORAGE s.r.o., with whom PERFECT STORAGE s.r.o. will enter into contact with during cooperation. PERFECT STORAGE has the right to authorize the processing of personal data by a processor who provides sufficient guarantees of personal data protection, based on a signed processing contract.
Timeframe for which the subject agrees with the processing and the period of storage of personal data
Agreement to the processing of personal data for the purposes of offering business and services and other products is granted for a period of one year. The period for which consent is granted ends also via withdrawing consent (see also above).
Further information about rights in regards to the processing of personal data
Persons - Data subjects whose personal data PERFECT STORAGE s.r.o. processed, the Law and the Regulations recognize, in addition to the rights already mentioned above, the rights summarized below. PERFECT STORAGE s.r.o. seeks for the data subjects to meet their rights to the fullest extent possible.
Right of access to personal data pursuant to Section 12 of the Act: If the data subject requests information on the processing of his or her personal data, PERFECT STORAGE s.r.o. shall be obliged to provide this information (always containing a statement pursuant to Section 12, paragraph 2 of the Act) without undue delay.
Protection of the rights under Section 21 of the Act: Any entity that finds or believes that the Administrator carries out the processing of his or her personal data contrary to the protection of the private and personal life of the subject or in violation of law, especially if the personal data are inaccurate for the purpose of processing, the entity may ask the Administrator or the processor for an explanation or request that the Administrator or the processor remove the resulting condition (in particular by blocking, repairing, supplementing or disposing of personal data).
According to the Regulation, the data subjects have the following rights in particular:
Right of access to personal data: The data subject has the right to obtain from PERFECT STORAGE s.r.o. a confirmation that he is processing his or her personal data and, if so, has the right to access such personal data.
Right to Repair or Deletion or Limitation of Processing: The data subject has the right (in the cases specified by the Regulation) to request from PERFECT STORAGE s.r.o. a correction or addition of incorrect or incomplete personal data, to request the deletion of personal data if it has been dropped or there is no reason to process it, or to request a restriction on the processing of personal data in connection with the processing of personal data processing at PERFECT STORAGE s.r.o
Right to object: The data subject has the right to refer at any time to PERFECT STORAGE s.r.o. objection to the processing of his or her personal data processed for the purposes of legitimate interests PERFECT STORAGE s.r.o. or other persons (according to the Regulation); legitimate interests under the Regulation may be in particular cases of protection of rights and legal claims PERFECT STORAGE s.r.o ..
Right to data portability: The data subject has the right (under the conditions set out in the Regulation) to obtain his personal data from PERFECT STORAGE s.r.o. and pass it on to another privacy manager.
Right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority: The data subject has the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority if he believes that the processing of his or her personal data has violated the Regulation. The Office for the Protection of Personal Data will be the subject of this surveillance authority for data subjects residing in the Czech Republic.
